In order to donate online, you must be in the YMCA database.

EXISTING ACCOUNTS

You should already have an existing account in the database if:

  • You have a membership w/monthly or annual dues, or

  • You have registered for a YMCA program in the past 24 months, or

  • You have donated to the Lee County YMCA.

If you should be in the database based on the above criteria, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. This will create an unnecessary duplicate of your account.

For the first time using the online registration feature, please choose the option "I'm new to online registration" and use the FIND ME option to find your existing account.  To find your account, your name, birth date and zip code must match exactly with that in our system.  If it does not, please call the YMCA at (239) 275-9622 to verify or update your information before you can register online.  See “Frequently Asked Questions” for more information.

NEW ACCOUNTS

If you do not meet the above criteria and are not already in our database, please use the “Create a New Account” option to enter your information into the database.  Once you are entered into the database, please choose the option "I'm new to online registration" and use the FIND ME option to find your account to sign in for the first time.

If you have any problems or questions, please see “Frequently Asked Questions” below, or you can contact the Lee County YMCA at (239) 275-9622 or send an email to the database manager at webmaster@leecountyymca.org.

What does "We could not locate your account based on the information provided" mean?

Our data base includes all members, all past donors, or anyone who has registered for a program after December 11, 2004.

If you receive this error, but believe you are in the data base, it is possible that we have incorrect information in our database.

For example, if we don’t know your date of birth, this field may have a default value of 01/01/1900 and not your actual DOB.

To correct this, you will need to contact the YMCA and ask them to verify that we have your correct last name, date of birth, and Zip Code.

If you are not in the data base, visit or call the YMCA. Our front desk staff can assist you in getting set up in our database so that you may begin online registration.
