Hometown Partners 2011 Campaign

No one is denied membership or program participation for financial reasons.
The YMCA Partners Fund helps to pay for those who wouldn't otherwise be able
to afford to particpate in Y programs and activities.

In 2010, this fund helped to pay for . . .
...1642 children in child care, day camp & teen programs
...1778 children in skate park, aquatics, dance & sports
...520 membership scholarships for children and families

In 2010, over $335,000 was dedicated to the Partner Campaign
...The United Way accounted for about 32% of this amount
...The remainder came from the Partner Campaign
...100% of all gifts are deductable for those who itemize their deductions
...100% of the money donated supports YMCA programs for those unable to pay
...Administrative costs are covered by program and membership fees
...All money reside stays in Lee County, all fundraising is conducted by volunteers
...Lee than 5% of the YMCA's budget is dedicated to fundraising

At the YMCA children are exposed to a variety of fun and rewarding experiences that help them develop valuable skills while gaining confidence and self esteem. At the YMCA, one of our most important goals is to enrich the lives of children in our community. So that no one is denied a chance to participate, we need your help.
